This blend is a customer favorite. It uses one of our directly traded beans from Central Mexico, the Capulin. This shade-grown and traditionally processed bean is truly unique with a creamy body and fruit undertones that pairs nicely with the lush acidity of our Honduran and its dark chocolate, toffee and honey base.
