Ethiopia is universally recognized as the birthplace of coffee, and produces some of the most complex and exciting coffees in the world.The unique cup character of Ethiopian coffee is nearly impossible to reproduce anywhere else. This coffee sparkles with an array of citrus and tropical fruit flavors, highlighted by floral fragrances and aromas. You may notice sweet lemon candy and malt, heavy green melon, walnut and cocoa flavors. Look for syrupy fruit, marmalade, rosé wine and perfumed aromatics.
